Clarendon Neighborhood). You will able to find a shopping center close to the building, several parks 2 miles away such as David M. Brown Planetarium, Cherry Valley Park, and Fort C.F. Smith Park, among many others sites to visit and enjoy. Clarendon metro station 2 blocks away.

Getting Around:
You will be able to use The Clarendon Metro Station. (0.3 miles away).

Other Things to Note:
Please be advised that the parking passes are provided by the administration office of the building. They only work on weekdays until 6 pm, meaning that parking passes cannot be given outside the indicated office hours.

Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which may include some basic products for personal care and cooking

parking is available for a fee of $20.00 per night. (Please note that if you require this service, you must notify us before 6 p.m. m. on the day of check-in, as the front desk closes at that time and will not be available to assist with the parking process.)

We do not provide wash cloth.

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature.
