About this property

1940s Fisherman’s Cottage close to beach. Right next to the Water Mill museum.

Stay at one of the last remaining 1940s fisherman's cottages, perfectly restored on a private and secluded property. Close to multiple beaches. All the original charm with all of the modern amenities you would ever need. Private half acre, centered in-between Bridgehampton and the Village of Southampton, both 5 minutes away, with easy access to beaches. Close to all town of Southampton beaches. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home.

We spent the past 2.5 years restoring the property. We peeled back layers of add-ons and construction from over the years to get it back to the gem we always knew it was! The house is right behind the Parish Museum, close to the Milk Pail and Green Thumb farm stands, and situated within very close proximity to Water Mill shops, restaurants, Soul Cycle and The Hampton Jitney stop. The property is ideally located for easy access to everything. The landscaped garden is both private and charming.
