Walk to downtown P.S., Arenas Street, the Palm Springs Art Museum and the Village Fest street fair every Thursday night. Nearby is the Agua Caliente Casino, the mineral hot springs at The Spa at Séc-he and many of Palm Springs best restaurants including Spencers, the Farm, Sherman’s Deli, the Pig and Rooster etc. This safe, gated complex includes use of a heated spa and pool during the cooler months as well as a community lounge and entertainment area with a fireplace.

The second story condo is in a three story structure with both stairs and a private elevator to its first level.
