Summary:
Our space is a wonderful little one bedroom /studio apartment located in Mt Washington! The house is a duplex split into two units. It is the top unit, accessed from the back of the home. You will have the entire one bedroom apartment to yourself.
It is a short walk to Shiloh St. and Grandview Ave.
There is plenty of FREE street parking.
It has its own private entrance and the only shared space is the backyard and laundry room, in the basement .
The Space:
Walk to the spectacular grand view avenue overlook from our quirky 1920 Pittsburgh home offering a great space and many nice touches / updates!!
Updated Home in the center of Mt. Washington. 1BR 1BA with an eat-in kitchen.
Cozy rear deck, and backyard with a fire ring. One block to the bus-line, 10 min walk to beautiful Emerald View Park, 10 minute walk to South Hills Junction "T" Stop or Mon Incline, 5 minute drive to Downtown Pittsburgh, and 5 minute walk to Downtown Mt Washington.
Guest Access:
Laundry located in basement! You have access through a side outside door which leads to basement laundry.
Guests have access to their unit and the backyard / patio area. The backyard is able to be used by both units in the home so it is considered the only "shared" space.
The Neighborhood:
We are walking distance to Shiloh St where you can have dinner and drinks and do some shopping without having to drive or take an uber back!
Also about a 15 minute walk to Grandview Ave where you can overlook the beautiful city of Pittsburgh and take the incline down to Station Square and Carson st.
Our location is great for anyone coming to Pittsburgh for sport events! Steelers, Penguins, Pirates! The Mon Incline offers a transfer to the "T" system which will take you to The North Shore where Heinz Field and PNC Park are located. It will also take you info downtown where you can access the Cultural Districts, night life, restaurants and so much more! At our location you won’t have to use a car with the many ways to get around!

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with Damage Protection. Relax and enjoy your stay with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Guesty Shield!
All reservations are required to purchase $60.00 damage protection insurance per month (applied to the reservation, non refundable). This is in lieu of a security deposit.
Primary Guests are required to fill out a check in form and sign a rental agreement following booking confirmation.
The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.
Long-term rentals for 60+ consecutive nights or longer are eligible for a rate discount. Additional discounts offered for paying in full.
Interaction with Guests:
We can be reached easily for any questions or concerns. We respond promptly. We only come past the property during your stay if you have asked for something to be dropped off for you or if there is an emergency.
Your host will be available to you for anything you may need. It is our full-time job to ensure you have the 5-star experience that you deserve.
