This townhouse unit is located in Richmond’s amenity and transit-rich McLennan North neighbourhood, far enough from the hustle and bustle for a convenient life without the noise and distraction. Vancouver International Airport is within 10 minutes drive or 45 minutes public transit. Local shopping and dinning are within 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk. Pets are welcome with a surcharge. Park for kids and pet is within 5 minutes walk.
The suite features comfortable and stylish modern furnishings and comes fully equipped with wireless internet, floor heating, washer, dryer, major kitchen appliances, linens, dishes and etc.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with drawers at the base for storage. The closet is sufficient to store many suitcases for permanent stay. A hotel style in-wall safe is provided. It is good for keeping small and important items such as passport or valuables.
High speed internet is available. The modem can support up to 10 devices wirelessly.
There are two sofa beds in the sitting room, both are on swivel base for better articulation on folding and unfolding
The dining table is expandable to seat eight persons.
All kitchen appliances are stainless steel finished. The range/oven is natural gas fuelled, good for any home cooking. The triple door refrigerator has the fridge on top and the freezer with ice maker at the bottom. The powerful freezer is very good for fishing trip harvest as well as everyday home use.
In-floor heating is equipped through out the unit. The toasty floor is comfortable and easy to regulate. Even floor sleeping becomes enjoyable.
Washer and Dryer are located in the unit.

Perfect for our family vacation!
My family enjoyed our 5 night stay in this lovely town home. It was very well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed snowboarding on Grouse Mountain and a trip to Squamish to see the Sky Pilot suspension bridge. Both were quick trips from the town home. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of four. Our kids, 8 & 3 slept comfortably on the sleeper sofas and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner and property manager was very easy and they were accommodating to our arrival and departure. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area and would absolutely book again!!!
Very nice townhouse for 2
I booked the townhouse for my son and me. Gabriel was very responsive and answered my many questions promptly. Ian was very helpful with checkin, checkout and some questions I had during our stay. Due to a mix up the condo hadn't been cleaned before we arrived but Ian took care of it as soon as I let him know.
My only complaint is that there should be sheets for the fold-down chair beds.
The townhouse is well laid out, the kitchen is well-stocked and the bathroom is a good size. It's a nice walk to a very pretty park with a great playground and many rabbits. Restaurants and shopping are a close drive. It's a pretty fast drive to Vancouver. It was very handy having the washer and dryer in the condo. This is a great place for a couple with a car. It might be tight for families with kids.
We were in Vancouver due to a family emergency and we had to find an accommodation very quickly. The communication with the owner was very easy and friendly. Gabriel contacted me personally and he was very accommodating considering the situation. The check in was easy and all the necessary informations were provided to us.
The town home is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it is very comfortable. The washer and dryer were very useful and the Wifi signal was strong.
We had a pleasant stay and would recommend renting this property if you visit Richmond (near Vancouver).

Modern apartment unit in a good neighborhood.
Sweet compact space perfect for two in a nice location. Overall a good unit with modern amenities and close to a beautiful community park. For the time we were there (August), it was warm in the unit lacking cross ventilation and no air conditioning. Having several electric fans really helped cool the place down. The owner and the house manager were all very helpful and understanding with regards to communicating and arranging our check-in/check-out. Overall we had a positive experience. Thank you!!
Great location. Condo is accurately depicted in the photos. It is a bit tight for 4 people, but we made it work. The fans were appreciated as the bedroom does get warm during the summer. Has a private parking spot. Owner and his manager were very accessible and easy to talk to. Thanks for a great stay
