Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1450 sq. ft. of living space with tile or hardwood floors. Total sq. ft. with entry, attached two-car garage and screened lanai added is nearly 2050 sq. ft. Central air-conditioning with ceiling fans in each room. Includes great room with entertainment unit and dining area, den/office and eat-in kitchen – all with ample light and cathedral ceilings. The utility room has a washer and dryer plus the screened lanai has a covered dining area. Each bedroom has a queen bed with all-cotton linens, comforters and pillow cases with multiple comfy pillows. Ample storage is available in large closets, roomy dressers and nightstands. The spacious master bath has double sinks and his/her walk-in closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new side-by-side refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, smaller appliances, pots, pans, two dish sets, beverage, wine and champagne glasses, etc. Beach chairs and beach towels have been provided for you to enjoy our Florida sunshine. We have included everything we could think of so that you don't need to bring anything except yourself and a desire to enjoy the gracious hospitality at this inviting property!
About the Owner
Mom moved to Punta Gorda in 1990 with my Dad. I followed them here in 2005 after my Dad passed away. It's a great town with so much to offer. We wake up every morning and pinch ourselves to think how blessed we are to live in this little slice of paradise!

We loved this newer, clean, and well-stocked villa. We enjoyed walking to the grocery, Walgreens, and the warm pool and hot tub. The harbor, shops, and restaurants were a short drive away. The owner lives in the neighborhood and was available for whatever we needed. Thanks for helping us escape the winter.
Spotless and well appointed living conditions.
This property was perfect for me. It had all the comforts of home. Everything in this villa was well taken care of it and was neat and clean. The location was near the major highways and shopping areas.
This villa was outstanding, to say the least. Our month stay at this home was wonderful. The villa is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Moreover, Jane provided gold standard in customer service. She responded immediately and personally to calls and emails. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us such helpful tips and info regarding restaurants and things to do in Punta Gorda.
The location was wonderful. Close to so much. Golfers will love this home as it is only .5 miles from Twin Isles Country Club. Wonderful seasonal membership. Rode our bikes everyday on the miles of bike paths. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone that is looking for a home away from home.. We will be back!
