Thia living area seats 6 people comfortably with a comfy couch, love seat and chair, however it is steps away from the dining table and bar area with additional seating. There is also half bath right off of the main living area. 

Kitchen/Dining:
The kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living and dining areas. Recently upgraded with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded lighting, it combines style and functionality effortlessly. The kitchen has a bar with 3 seats and the dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 for family dinner night. Bedrooms:

The back porch offers a large outdoor relaxation area with 4 rocking chairs and 1 large porch swing.
