This beachside 2 bedroom 1 bath house is newly renovated and located just within steps to the beach and historical Flagler Avenue. You are within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and the best beach in Florida.The house has a nice size living room with a large couch to watch TV, or just layback and relax and read a book after the beach. The full kitchen has all you need if you like to cook and also a table to dine. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a flat screen TV and plenty of bureau and closet space.

The full bath has a shower and bathtub and is located in the hallway next to both bedrooms. The second bedroom has 2 twins and plenty of closet space. The back porch is enclosed with your own new washer and dryer, and a view to the enclosed back yard. To grill or just relax after a long day. Come on down and unwind and enjoy this beautiful piece of paradise.

Stayed at this house from the 15th to the 18th of July 2016. The house is in the perfect location(literally right across the beach and right behind Flager Ave). The master bedroom bed is beyond heavenly...I always say the pillow is what makes or breaks a place ( when staying in hotels/family houses for holidays/etc.) when staying away from home but, even down to the sheets...PERFECTION.....so comfy I did not want to leave. Loved that the back porch was screened in with fans...good and bad...could smell the yummy food from behind and wanted it every night!!!! Would stay at this house again..or even tempting to buy it :)

Cindy Homfeld from Rent at the Beach Realty is my NUMBER ONE when I want to stay in New Smyrna Beach. She literally has gone out of her way on short notice to make sure I have a place to stay in the best of the best as you will see my multiple comments per each house I have stayed in NSB. When she recommends a place, all I have to say is...DONE...she has never stared me to a rental that was not to par.
