In our home, your health and safety come first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4. There is also a sitting area on the balcony that you can make use of while appreciating the views of Dubai.

The apartment also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cooking equipment.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, and we have also provided a hairdryer, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your comfort and convenience!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Nestled in the Dubai Marina, Sparkle Tower is located in the Dubai Marina and is perfect for anyone looking for a getaway.

Right by the JBR waterfront, you’ll find plenty of exciting spots in the area that are assured to keep you busy throughout your stay! Just down the street from The Walk, you're bound to find an array of restaurants and cafes to explore.

Jumeirah Beach is also a 5-minute drive away and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. The recommended mode of transportation in Dubai is a taxi; it is often relatively cheap depending on the distance. Otherwise, the Jumeirah Beach Residence tram stop is a 3-minute drive from the apartment, and you can also find bus stops in the area serving three routes around town. Alternatively, Careem & Uber are also available to you from wherever you are.

Please note that late check-in after 7 PM - 8 AM has a surcharge of 150 AED.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
