It is new and equipped with high-end house appliances, so it can easily accommodate two people.

Fitted with a comfy sofa and a TV with a Netflix subscription, unwind in the living room after a busy day exploring the city. The studio also has a balcony to enjoy a sunny day and stunning canal views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. The dining area is available to enjoy a good meal with your family or friends.

Tastefully decorated, the bedrooms contain two single beds with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

Both bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Business Bay is one of Dubai's swankiest residential and professional hubs, set amidst the gleaming waters of the Dubai Canal, a stone's throw from Dubai's quintessential 'it' neighbourhood, Downtown Dubai. One of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores, the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young populations. Reverberating with youthful energy, Business Bay has a fast-paced, vibrant lifestyle with trendy bars, busy cafes and luxurious spas.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.

DXB Airport is 25 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall is 10 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
