The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the swimming pool, and gym, including state-of-the-art fitness centre, spa, and a rooftop gardens.

Business Bay is a prestigious and bustling neighbourhood in the heart of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a prominent business and commercial district known for its modern skyscrapers, upscale residences, and vibrant lifestyle.

As the name suggests, Business Bay is a major hub for corporate offices, making it a central and sought-after location for businesses. The area's strategic position along the Dubai Canal and its proximity to other key districts, such as Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), contribute to its attractiveness for commercial activities.

Business Bay features numerous dining and entertainment options, with various restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets catering to different tastes. The nearby Dubai Mall, one of the largest shopping malls globally, offers a diverse shopping experience and various entertainment activities.

The Dubai Water Canal runs through Business Bay, creating a scenic waterfront area perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the city's skyline. There are also landscaped parks and green spaces, allowing residents and visitors to relax and unwind.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Business Bay, is just a 15-minute walk away.

Marina Walk is just 23 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 9 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 14 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 22 minutes away by car.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 has a surcharge of 100 AED, and after 22:00 is 150 AED.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
