Located in the heart of Casa de Campo, this luxury two-level villa in the barranca area is spacious and ideal for a memorable holiday with friends and family. You will be minutes away from the beach, marina, and Altos de Chavón.

This traditionally decorated villa features beautiful indoor and outdoor living areas including 2 gazebos, ocean-view terraces, both formal and informal dining rooms, living room and family room.

The villa has 5 bedrooms: 1 primary bedroom with a king size bed and 4 bedrooms each with two queen size beds. (A total of 9 beds.) Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and terrace providing convenience and privacy for guests. The primary and two other bedrooms have ocean views. Additionally, the property has 3 powder rooms.

Staff schedule is 8AM – 4PM. Additional service hours after 4PM and/or personnel are available for an extra fee. For parties larger than 12, an additional housekeeper is required.

TRAVEL INFO:

RESORT FEE: $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive an ID card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc. This card entitles you to a 15% discount at participating restaurants, sports facilities and other activities. You will also have access to golf courses including advanced reservations at special rates and use of the fitness center at a special rate. The resort fee also includes access to healthcare services at the Central Romana Medical Center.
