Beautiful 3 Bed/2 Ba Ogden Condo with Attached Garage & Central Air!
This is a beautiful and comfortable ranch condo, well-situated near historic Ogden to 12th Avenue, straight up to Snow Basin and Powder Mountain. Close to biking and hiking trails, Ogden River, Pineview Reservoir and whatever interests may bring you to the area.
Updated kitchen with beautiful oak kitchen counters and glass tile with beautiful oak cabinets and full size appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bake ware and more stuff than you'll likely ever need.
The master bedroom with an full, ensuite bath has a queen bed with comfy tempurpedic mattress. New toilet, sink and floors. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed also with a comfy tempurpedic mattress. Full bath for the 2nd bathroom with updated toilet, sink and floors as well. The third bedroom also has a full bed with a tempurpedic mattress as well.
The living room also has a sofabed that opens to a TwinX sofa, which fits up to a 5'6" person comfortably. Would not recommend for heavy set individuals however. Extra bedding is available for this bed, plus will fit an air mattress, if you decide to bring one.
This condo has a central air and heat, plus an attached garage, which is great for winter conditions, and also for summertime to store camping, biking or any gear you want safely stored.
Historic Ogden on 25th street, just a few blocks and minute down the road, has a quaint, old town feel with local shopping and restaurants, Great for meandering and catching a few dining options with Zagat star restaurants or family-owned dining. Easy and free parking at Union Station and across the street, you’re there. Or, certainly, there is parking is available on 25th Street but can be a little congested during ski season.
However, if skiing and a quick bite is your cup of tea, 'fast food central' is all along 12th Street right up to the mountain: iHop around the corner, Carl’s Jr., Panda Express, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Arby’s, Burger King, Wendy's, McDonalds, etc. Other breakfast restaurants are also on 12th (i.e. Village Inn) right on your way to ski country! Or if you want to shop to shop your own stuff, there’s a Walmart just about 4 blocks around the corner or a Winco foods even closer (note: they don’t take credit cards).
Zip zip zip, JUST 12 MILES! up the road and you are at Snow Basin where they held the winter Olympics!
Zip zip zip, the same road up, you can easily reach Powder Mountain or family-friendly Wolf Canyon to ski to your hearts delight. Just a minute from the base of the mountain and you'll be headed up to enjoy all the powder your legs can endur.
This corner unit condo is equipped to safely secure your ski gear on a private deck. WIFI enabled TV's in the living room and master bedroom for you to enjoy pre-paid streaming Neflix and HuluPlus for your enjoyment. Digital cable with HBO is also available in the living room along with a DVD player.

My friends and I booked a stay here for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. What made it great was that it was very spacious for the 5 of us. The house was very clean and the host's directions very clear and easy to follow. Our favorite feature were the super comfortable beds provided in the rooms. Thanks Lisa for the amazing stay!

My family spent 3 wonderful days in Ogden. The Monroe Street condo was spacious enough for the 8 members of our family. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kids were happy they could watch Netflix.
It was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. We accidentally locked our selves out one evening, but help was on the way within minutes. I would definitely recommend this property when you are in the Ogden area.
The property was clean, well kept and the beds were comfortable. Needs a couple of larger frying pans. The cleaning lady, I met upon our arrival is very kind and helpful. She gave us insight to getting around. I would recommend this property.
Comfortable Condo Great for Powder Mountain Ski Trip
We used this condo as a base for operations for a Powder Mountain ski trip. It was perfect for our needs as it was pretty close to the mountain (30 minutes) while also being a short drive to downtown Ogden (5 minutes). Beds were cozy. The couch in the living room is probably not very good for an adult to sleep on, but kids should have no issue. I found it a good value for the money.

The description of Lisa's condo was very accurate. Although she was out of town, she was prompt in responding to messages and alerted a potentially helpful neighbor. The condo was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was really fully equipped. The beds were comfortable, the logistics simple, and the TV programming and Internet offered streaming and plenty of choices. The heating system was great. The layout for the condo could easily and comfortably house 4-6 people. I'd recommend it for anyone wanting simple convenient housing on Ogden.

“When I travel to visit, I want all the amenities of home. My SLC condos are very cool and have been a joy to decorate and to personally experience. Bigger than a 2 bedroom hotel suite, but compact enough to feel like everything you need is close by. Easy access to the airport, to the freeways, to downtown (just a $10 cab drive incl. tip!) and 20 minutes to get anywhere. If you are attending a trade show or conference at the Salt Palace, there is a bus right around the corner that takes you to downtown, if you don't want to rent a car.”
