All we could ask for!
From the moment we drove into the property we were in love! The beautiful trees, water, and rustic setting were breathtaking. When we walked into the cabin, it felt like coming home. The radio was softly playing and the attention to detail was much appreciated. The cabin was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation. FYI—we have AT&T cell service and we DID have service throughout the cabin. Bob was a wonderful host and checked on us before we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
The cabin was exactly as described and what I was looking for. It was quiet and remote but has a couple of convenience stores and a Dollar General close by. I have Verizon and could only get internet down by the lake, not in the cabin. Not a big deal except a few times I needed directions to trails I wanted to visit. I would stay there again.
Simple comfortable cabin on a beautiful property
The whole process was great. We were able to spend time together as a family with zero outside stress and plenty of great land to wander in privacy.
I am so glad that I chose Bob’s place for my weekend getaway! I can’t wait to stay again. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the cabin has the most lovely view of the lake from the living room. It had all the kitchen supplies you need to make a nice meal. It was spotless clean and so cozy. The bed was so comfortable. It has a large bathroom. My dog and I loved the trails and sitting by the lake watching all the wildlife. This is the perfect place to escape for a quiet getaway.
Glad you enjoyed your stay and what nature has to offer here. Hope to see you soon.
Easy access to the Ocklawaha River.
