If you are keen on the perfect position, close to transport (Sandringham train line into Melbourne city), walk to coffee shops, Restaurants, supermarkets and beautiful Sandringham beach - a 5 minute walk, this is the place for you. Also, it is very secure, high fence ( and constantly surveyed by the local train protection officers at sandy station). It has a quaint period feel, solid brick so cool in summer and warm in winter. It is very clean, has a small yard and undercover area to sit in
