2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Fully Furnished Townhome With Pool And Tennis Courts

This lovely townhome was built in the mid 1970's and is furnished and decorated accordingly. The master bedroom has a super-comfortable queen bed, period furniture, a walk-in closet and patio door. The master bath has a shower. The second bedroom has a full bath, additional closet space and a queen size bed. There is a washer and dryer, with laundry supplies provided. The kitchen is fully supplied with a range and oven, a microwave, coffee maker, a blender for that evening margarita on the back patio, a dishwasher, and a full compliment of dishes and cookware. A breakfast nook is nested into one side, and a dining table adjoins the living room, which is furnished with comfy chairs, a sofa, period artwork, a television and a patio door. The home has wifi and all utilities included. There is a two-vehicle carport and locked storeroom for bicycles or additional storage. There are two beautiful tennis courts a few steps away, as well as a lovely swimming pool complete with lounge chairs and a clubhouse. There is a gas BBQ grill on the back patio, and central heat and air conditioning, of course. It's all here for your use and enjoyment, and we are happy to direct you to Tucson's best sights, music, outdoor sporting venues and restaurants--just say the word!

About the Owner

As a U of A alumni I like the proximity to U of A. A 3 mile direct bus ride ends up at the Basketball or Football stadium. We have lived in Tucson since the 1970's, and have come and gone for schooling, working in Lesotho, Mexico, a stint in Denver, but always coming back. Twenty years ago, we bought our first house just a half a mile from this location, and have lived there ever since. Because we love the neighborhood and this part of Tucson, we decided to purchase an additional home. We have had our eyes on these townhomes for several years, thinking that they are superbly located and very nicely laid out. In the fall of 2014 our chance finally came up to own one, so we took the plunge and furnished it as a vacation rental. Our hope is that people will come and enjoy the place and the surrounding area, and make it a part of their regular vacation plans. We still live nearby, and being outdoor enthusiasts and raising two boys of similar interests, we would love to point the way to the beaten track or off the beaten track for the best recreation, relaxation and exploring that we have discovered in Tucson and Southern Arizona.

Exceeded our expectations. Beautifully maintained.

Adorable property. Excellent service. Alot of creativity and love was put into

condo. We even got a Christmas tree and other decorations. Nice neighbors, wonderful view of the mountains, cute patio, a book of restaurants. Our favorite was Guadalajara.

Both the master bedroom and living room looked out onto the patio. Much closet space.

Both a large eating space in the living room and in the kitchen. WiFi system. We definitely

would go there again.

Wonderful Getaway Home, Nice Amenities & Location!

My husband & I had a very enjoyable 2-week stay at this town home & have already reserved our next stay there. The town home is in a quiet neighborhood & is conveniently located within walking or a short driving distance of several grocery stores & eateries. There is also a paved walking path nearby.

The home is well-maintained, has good lighting and skylights; it is nicely decorated with some homey touches adding to its appeal. A nice floor plan allows one to look out from the kitchen to the dining area, living-room & patio. The private patio has a grill and table that was nice for family visiting. The swimming pool, hot tub & tennis courts are just a few yards away. The listing accurately described the location, amenities & layout. The owners were very pleasant & provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

This townhouse is really well-built and comfortable. The floor plan is great, and it has obviously been well cared-for. It has been fun to furnish the home with period furnishings and artwork, suited to the 1970's feel. Whether you use the home for a holiday or a working retreat, we think that you'll find it comfortable and well-situated.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Tucson International at 8 Miles Nearest Motorway : I-10 at 5 Miles Nearest Restaurant : dozens of great restaurants at 2 Miles Car: recommended

The townhouse is just half a mile from Tucson's premier bike / equestrian / pedestrian parkway. Walk or bike to the Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club, or nearby riding stables. The townhouse has a swimming pool and tennis courts, (with great views of the Santa Catalina Mountains) just steps from your front door. There are 33 restaurants within a couple of miles, ranging from Tucson-casual to elegant fine dining. Enjoy a quiet retreat or a convenient base for a wide variety of outdoor activity. Enjoy the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, Kartchner Caverns, Old Tucson movie studios, an abundance of nearby hiking trails, outstanding birding opportunities, and superb three-season weather (OK, summer can be a bit on the warm side.) We hope you'll come and enjoy your visit with us. We are long-term Tucsonans, and are happy to recommend specific outdoor activities, local attractions and great dining.

Being close to Campbell Rd. There is easy access to restaurants on the way to the U of A Football or basketball games. For moving in your students we are close to shopping and getting all the necessaries one needs. We think that you will find the location of this home ideal--located such that there is easy access to the city center, umpteen restaurants, and also just a few minutes from Finger Rock Canyon trailhead, a great bike-and-pedestrian parkway, a nearby grocery store, and many great music and art venues.
