About Cindy Delay
We live here in the neighborhood and have for 12 years. We have owned vacation rentals now for 3 years and enjoy making the home special for vacationers to spend time at the lake.
Cindy Delay purchased this Cabin in 2014
Why Cindy Delay chose Livingston
This property is unique in that it is has two separate living areas and two kitchens with sleeping areas up and down stairs. This is nice if two couples who want to vacation together but have their own space and share the cost. Or a family with older children it gives room to spread out a bit. Also, the cost is less than the ones right on the water but you still have a great view of the water. The sun rise is what you will see on the large covered porch. The evening sun will be behind so outdoor cooking on the porch is a pleasant temperature in the hot summers.
What makes this Cabin unique
Indian Hills Peninsula is a unique neighborhood because it is like an island with water on both sides. You can enjoy a walk and see water all the way around. Also, the Blanchard Public Boat Launch is only 4 blocks away for getting out to enjoy the water on your boat or jet ski. If you don't have a water crafts and want to rent one we have Nice Boats.com here is the neighborhood that have boat rentals. The cafe is a great place have a big juicy hamburger or a waterfront breakfast. They also have a small grocery section for any item you need to cook at rent house.

EXTREMELY PEACEFUL, AND QUIT. GRATE VIEW OF LAKE LIVINGSTON
Thank you for your review. Keep us in mind for another stay if you come back this way.
Great place to stay!
Plenty of room, had everything we needed, close to the lake. We had a great time and would recommend this house to friends and family!
House on the lake
My family and I loved this house. It was the perfect getaway and plenty of room for the family. The best part is sitting on the balcony at night and enjoying the cool breeze and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. The property owner Cindy is very nice and will greet you once you arrive so book your stay at this property you want regret it.
Thank you for the nice review. Come see us again.
Everything was as advertised in description.
My family enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest is a gate on the spiral staircase. My granddaughter was very interested in the stairs and we had to watch her closely.
Glad you enjoyed your stay. If you stay with us again, let me know, I have a baby gate at my house I could've brought down. We have three grand children and we have stairs so we keep it handy for when they come see us.
Hope to see you again soon.
A Great Escape on the Lake
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this vacation home. It was within walking distance of the lake and we really enjoyed the two-story layout. The house was very well maintained with A/C's and TV's, and we loved the outside patio area. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet; the perfect escape from the city. Cindy was great at communicating with us and we felt very welcomed during our stay. Thank you for a great weekend away from the city! We look forward to coming back here someday
So glad you had fun at the lake. We look forward to seeing you again soon! Thanks for a great review!
Like the separate living areas.
Bluff Drive home is located in the Indian Hill Peninsula subdivision on Lake Livingston. The Peninsula is like an island with water on both sides. There is a public boat launch just down the street where you can launch your boat or water craft to enjoy for the day. When not on the water there is plenty of parking at the home for the boat. Don't miss out on the neighborhood restaurants. Indian Hills Cafe home of the best hamburger you will find around and LeBlanc's Cajun - both are delicious.
