This private, downstairs apartment is perfect for short or longer stays. With a fully stocked kitchen, two bedrooms both with king beds, one bathroom, and a washer & dryer in the unit you'll have everything you need for your stay!

The only shared spaces with the upstairs apartment is the parking/driveway. Everything else is separate and private.

All rooms have a smart TV and room darkening curtains.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils and cooking equipment including:
-Ninja coffee maker with Keurig pod adapter
-Airfryer
-InstantPot
-Blender
-Mixing bowls, measuring cups
-Assortment of baking dishes
-Assortment of cooking utensils
-Dishwasher
-Refrigerators/freezers

There is a washer and dryer located in the bathroom.

The fireplace is NOT operational.

There are two mini-split A/C & heating units, each in one of the bedrooms. The whole house A/C is operated by the upstairs unit, but most vents downstairs are shut, so the mini-splits control the temperature well downstairs.

There is only parking available for one vehicle, at this time.

Outlet plugs and cabinet locks available, but not installed throughout the house. It is child and infant friendly, but there is no crib or other infant amenities.
