What can we say...!, Cancun is a Paradise, ..!, we have unbelievable blue turquoise waters and a white sandy beach just a few steps from our condo.

This apartment is our new addition for 2015 to our selection of beautiful properties (Santa was good to us), it has a beach and pool view with 220 sq mts or 2,368 sq ft, it is an ideal place for family reunions with lots of room and privacy to enjoy your family vacation, with 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and an alcove with a twin bed, living, dining and family room with a bar area, a fully equipped kitchen, very nice furniture and a large size balcony with a pool and beach view.

We have 8 other units available including a studio and will be able to accommodate you and your family depending in your group size and budget..

We are a family place, no spring or summer breakers.

Children over 10 years old are welcome.

We have a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls and other attractions with 24 hour security, across the street we have the restaurants Outback and Bubba Gump and if you want to enjoy peace and quiet is located away from all the noise and commotion of the discos and spring breakers and if you come in the summer you can see the big turtles nesting in front of our building.

Brisas del Caribe is a low rise building (3 Stories) with only 12 units located in kilometer 11.5 of Blvd. Kukulkan (the main thoroughfare of Cancun's hotel zone), with a swimming pool steps away from a glorious blue turquoise beach.

Activities all around include: Golf, Water Sports, Movies, Restaurants, Nightlife, Tours to Chichen Itza, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel and many more.

Super nice condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bridec. The property was conveniently located, close to the bus line and right across the street from the Extra store, which was a huge convenience for buying ice, water, snacks, etc.

The condo itself was awesome! It was clean, charming, homey, and slept 8 of us (4 adults & 4 kids) very comfortably. The bigger bedroom even has an extra room that has bi fold doors that can close with an extra bed, and a hammock in it, if you choose to sleep in it! The condo provided both bath and beach towels, coolers so we could take our own beer, soda and waters to the beach, boogie board, everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. The on-site staff was very friendly. They even helped us carry our Costco groceries up the stairs. Anabel was awesome, and gave us lots of helpful tips about our trip to Cancun. She's super helpful and responsive to emails, also.

I would highly recommend a stay at Condominio Bridec. Our family can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Stay

We rented this 3 bedroom apartment at Condo Bridec over March Break this year. We have done many all-inclusive previously, but wanted something different this time. We received very clear instructions from Anabel how to get to the apartment, and the security guys knew we were coming- no problems. Anabel was extremely helpful and friendly about giving us advice about the area. In our condo there were 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, full kitchen (well equipped), laundry room, bar. The unit was tastefully furnished and equipped with everything! There even were boogie boards, goggles, beach umbrella & chairs - you will not need anything! The condo is located at KM 11.5, about 2 kms from the Cancun party zone. The building consists of 12 apartments. On one side is BLVD Kukulkan, and the other side is the beach. The beach is great -- white sand and private. The surf (right in front of the condo) was rough when we were there- no problem, just walk down to the Beach Palace where the surf was calmer. If you have little ones, be careful, there can be a strong undertow in front. We ate all of our meals at the condo (except for 2), which proved to be very enjoyable, cheap and delicious! The location of the condo is fantastic! You are just outside the crazy party zone (if you like that). If you want to experience the crazy party zone, just hop on a bus (10.5 pesos) and in 5-10 mins. you are at Coco Bongo's, etc. Many restaurants are within walking distance (Bubba Gump and Outback just across the street). La Isla mall was 1km away. We took the bus to do our groceries-- we went to the newer Chedrauri store in the tourist zone, found the prices a bit expensive. If you stay on the bus longer (20-30 mins), you can go to the Walmart or the older Chedrauri where the prices were about 30% lower, There is an "Extra" convenience store across the road where you can buy milk, water, pop, etc. so you do not need to buy these items at the grocery store (saves lugging that heavy stuff on the bus back). We stayed for 10 days, and it was not long enough!! We were looking for a quieter, calmer relaxed vacation, and this condo certainly fit the bill! Highly recommended and we plan to return next March break!

Our condo complex only has 12 apartments all privately owned, it is quiet, very private, we have a great location and a beautiful white sandy beach for your enjoyment, we don't have any of the big hotels nearby and you will have our part of the beach most to yourselves

Located almost at the center of Cancun Hotel zone within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls, the supermarket is 1.5 miles from the apartments, the bus runs at all hours and a rental car is not needed, the best part is our beautiful white sandy beach.
