There is also a boat dock and the property manager owns and operates a boat rental company, so get a 22.5' Glastron Bowrider with 230 hp, which you can rent separately for 750 US $ / week + one time introduction and sea tow fee 125 US $ (under Florida law you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to operate a boat).

The clean and well-equipped property boasts what surely must be the most delightful pool and hot tub complex in Cape Coral. We particularly appreciated the manager's approach - helpful and friendly when called upon but otherwise discreet. The only criticism we could offer was a practice of billing electricity based on meter readings at the start and end of the rental above a modest "allowance," a practice that might protect against those who would run the hot tub or air conditioning 24/7 but seems problematic and perhaps picayune for a property in this price range.
We stayed at Villa Lagoona as a family, including our 3 children. The pool, hot tub and waterfall were definitely a highlight! Our children also loved the dock and watching for creatures as well as the dolphins who typically came through about sunset. Home is clean, property manager and owner very friendly and responsive to questions. Be sure to take advantage of the bikes and take the 2 mile ride to Cape Coral beach. Beautiful! Cape Coral is a wonderful city, close to many local attractions. Of several local grocery stores we liked Publix grocery and liquor store the best.
Easily accessible to everything and everywhere. Home was as described and in quiet location. Corner lots are the best! Would recommend to my friends.
We had an awesome stay at the Villa Lagoona. The pool was great and the hot tub was an added benefit in just being able to relax and forget all your troubles. The Villa had a large enough Lanai to accommodate several guests. I would recommend this Villa to anyone.
From the large kitchen great room area to the very comfy beds, this home was wonderful! The large patio and pool area is just perfect too. The grotto with the hot tub and waterfall was a great addition as well! We had some difficulty keeping the pool/hot tub heater going but Kurt was just a call or text away and was able and willing to fix the problem.
We loved the pool, hot tub and being on the corner lot was quiet, beautiful sunsets. Kurt was very attentive when we had pool heating issues, great place!

Christmas and Easter minimum stay 2 weeks and 20% peak season surcharge. This surcharge does not apply for stays of 4+ weeks.
Security deposit of $750.00 will be charged on your credit card at check in and refunded on your card within 5 business days after departure.
