This is certainly the most unique pool area you ever saw and now you can experience it in your vacation. The hot tub is in a grotto (Disney Park Style) and the waterfall coming from the top of this grotto is fed by two 2.5 HP pumps. The pool deck / patio is ideal for relaxing, it stretches over the entire width of the home -80'- and the covered area is

77' X 10' and the pool is 43' long. Split floor plan, Master towards West, 1 bed room towards North and the other towards East. This home offers a real huge living room with a 45' wide sliding door towards the pool area so you will enjoy the gorgeous view all day long. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and therefore you relaxation in the most valuable time of the year, -your vacation- is secured.

Based on it's location so close to the Caloosahatchee river there are all kind of fish directly at the home, the dolphins know about this as well as they come frequently very close to the home.

There is also a boat dock and the property manager owns and operates a boat rental company, so get a 22.5' Glastron Bowrider with 230 hp, which you can rent separately for 750 US $ / week + one time introduction and sea tow fee 125 US $ (under Florida law you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license to operate a boat).

Information about boat rental: Villa Lagoona offers a 22.5 feet Gastron Bowrider 5.7l engine with 230 hp. If you book our villa, you can rent this boat (if available) for the special price of $750.00 / week. Boat introduction and cleaning fee is $125.00. Security deposit for the boat is $1,000.00.- . Comparable Boats will be rented for min. $1000.00/ week. Villa Lagoona is the ideal place to dock a boat as it only takes 2 minutes to Caloosahatchee River, you don't have to travel through endless canals, locks or bridges. Great time at Villa Lagoona

Everything is just like stated in the description. The pool is an absolute highlight. If you have kids, this is the house for you. Definitely 5 stars.

Also the administration is perfect: Kurt is very friendly and absolutely professional.

We can highly recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous home on beautiful property! The pool is amazing and the kids all loved it! Only thing watch your electricity usage, not a big deal as long as you are aware of it from the start:)

Let me 1st just say that our family is very laid back & we don't believe in speaking badly of anyone, the world is full of enough negativity so we would have never even left this review if the manager & his cleaning lady would have treated us with some DECENT RESPECT & we just don't want others to have this problem & it RUIN YOUR VACATION LIKE IT DID OURS.There were alot of things that DID NOT WORK when we got there like the T.V. in the kids room, 2 ceiling fans in another bedroom, toliet in the master bath running, we had to boil our drinking water & the HOTTUB WOULD NEVER GET HOT.We made the manager aware of these things on day #2 BUT NO ONE CAME TO FIX THEM THE ENTIRE WEEK WE WERE THERE! When we booked the house, the person we booked with told us the BOAT price was also in the final price, I asked him twice to confirm, he did, and then after getting there we learned different (A HUGE BUMMER FOR OUR ENTIRE FAMILY).Also, they make you put a deposit down before getting there in case of damages & they also have a HEFTY CHARGE FOR THE CLEANING LADY that is added into the final price (but be aware that even if you message them asking if you need to do the dishes and laundry left from THE LAST DAY or clean up anything else & she tells you & I quote "NO, LEAVE EVERYTHING", this including THE GRILL you used that day to GRILL LUNCH FOR YOUR FAMILY before leaving (we left it open to cool down & air out), that you will get a NOT SO NICE MESSAGE from them telling you that THE WAY THE GRILL WAS LEFT WAS NOT O.K. & that they are CHARGING YOU EXTRA ON TOP OF WHAT YOU ALREADY PAID FOR CLEANING JUST TO CLEAN THE GRILL---NOW TO ME CLEANING IS CLEANING, AM I WRONG?)I even made sure she didn't have much of anything to clean up besides the dishes, laundry, & grill.This also doesn't include that if you go over the stated amount OF ELECTRICITY THEY ALLOW during that week YOU WILL PAY FOR THE REMAINDER (and it's not much they allow for).When we got there it was HOT in the house, they had it kicked up, & you are in FLORIDA, so it took a good 2 days for the house to cool down & remember the 2 fans didn't work in the 1 room.We were inconvenienced the entire week with the things that didn't work nor got fixed & I had to file a formal complaint before the MANAGER would even get back in touch with us & he did not work with us at all. Instead we get an email from him saying: "MY MESSAGE TO YOU IS: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO A HOME I MANAGE". So, please RESEARCH the MANAGER 1st!

Owner's Response: This review should not be published as it is anonymous and just full of wrong statements. These renters wanted to get their electric use for free and I did not comply; here is the correspondence from this renter and they wrote it AFTER departure, so how can a problem be taken care of if not communicated ? The spa heater did not work because the breaker was tripped or manually turned off. They had a pretty hefty electric usage, maybe they left the sliding door open ? All they wanted is not to pay a dime for the electricity they used and I wish I could put a picture of the grill here to show how it looked like, it was disgusting- and regarding the water boil notice all I can say is that the City had some construction going on in this area and the placed a sign at the street and left notes at the homes with this water boil notice for 2 days. This is definitely outside mine or anybody's control and can happen anytime and anywhere. If you read this mail you will see that they stated "the house is WONDERFUL and they loved it", so this negative review is the revenge for not getting the freebie they wanted....... e-mail from these renters AFTER they left, copied and pasted: Ok thank u, the toilet is still running off and on, we left the note from the water dept on the bar, & the only other things that did not work for the week was the hot tub never got hot, otherwise everything was WONDERFUL and we loved the house!!! We just left and Kurt said to text when we left, do we still need to text the number he left? Again thanks from the S... Family!!!

Fantastic house perfect location

Amazing house in the perfect location. We are a family with two young children. Lovely south facing garden and deck to fish and watch the sun set. All the amenities you need indoors fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms. The pool is spectacular very impressive led lights grotto hot tub about 43' long. Our children loved it. The covered bbq area is fab lots of chairs and dining furniture. This home ticks all the boxes. We were met by Kurt on arrival who was very knowledgable of the area and gave us lots of good info. Very clean, lovely comfortable beds. Would love to come back to Villa Lauguna again someday and totally recommend it.

First Class Accomodation.

I stayed in this beautiful villa with my wife and four sisters for a family celebration. We traveled from Ireland and after a long journey were delighted to walk into the stunning property to be met by Kurt and a bottle of champagne. I had shared the photos of the villa with my sisters but the look of delight when the saw it first hand was obvious. The villa has everything you would need to enjoy a luxury stay. The furnishings, artwork and Bose sound system are all of the highest quality which reinforces the idea that you are living in luxury.

Kurt was very helpful with tips on where to eat and hire a boat. I can wholeheartedly recommend this stunning villa to future guests and would like to thank Kurt for allowing us to share this special place.

This home has it all: by boat only two minutes to the river, by car less than 5 minutes to numerous grocery store, restaurants and bars as well as to Cape Coral Beach and fishing pier. The pool is just one of a kind you didn't see this before at a private home and consider this: which home has a pool 43' long? Have your own water park at the home. 300' of waterfront with a captains walk. Home is located at the end of a cul de sac and guarantees you serenity.
