The location provides easy access to both downtown Hood River and the "Heights" offering a short drive to restaurants, shopping options and grocery stores just minutes away.
For outdoor enthusiasts this home is a haven with an abundance of hiking and biking trails nearby to Hood River, and the many areas for water sports, allowing you to explore the breathtaking landscapes of the Pacific Northwest.
In the Summer we are a short drive to the Hood River Fruit Loop with stops for U-pick blueberries, cherries, apples and pears. Ski resorts and recreational areas to Mt Hood and Mt Adams are an hour away.
