The house has no stairs to enter, but there is one step inside the house and stairs from the deck to the yard.

Guests have access to entire home, but does not include access to the garage.
Other things to note
Please note during racing season on Saturdays from April through Labor Day you may be able to hear the cars from the racetrack.
