Located in one of the newest condominium buildings within Desert Color, Spanish Riviera is a fantastic 2-bed 2-bath vacation condo. Not only does this unit come beautifully furnished, it also provides access to the community pool and 2.5 acre lagoon which are located a mere 1/2 block away. This short distance makes it a perfect place to be able to walk back and forth easily to these fantastic amenities. Explore the neighboring Promenade building's Sky Deck on the fourth floor to find a beautiful view of the community, a hot tub only accessible to building guests, outdoor seating, and a BBQ. This unit also comes with an assigned parking space, so you won't have to worry about finding parking close to the building. (Surf's Skydeck is under construction)
