One Bedroom, one bath studio across the street from Bonita Beach Park!
About Dave Reeves
We are Dave and Sharon Reeves. We live in Bloomington, IL. I grew up here. Sharon was born in Charleston, SC but moved to the Houston area as a young child. We met in Winter Park, CO while skiing in 1977. We married in 1980 and have lived in Bloomington since while raising two wonderful daughters.
Dave Reeves purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Dave Reeves chose Bonita Springs
We had stayed on Ft. Myers Beach several times. We loved it there, but felt held captive by the traffic. In March or 2009, we were lucky enough to book a vacation to Bonita Springs and stayed at the Beach and Tennis Club. We made an offer on a second floor unit and it was accepted before we left for Illinois. In January of 2015, while vacationing, we discovered this 10th floor unit with views of the Bay and the Gulf and could not resist purchasing a second unit.
What makes this Condo unique
This unit is on the tenth floor. The views very nice! The sunrises are beautiful! It is in a quiet spot in the complex-away from the traffic.

We loved this unit! Wonderful views, comfortable, easy access. I found the walk in closet to be a great dressing room! The owner, Dave, was really nice to work with!

Bonita Beach & Tennis Club is home to not one but 2 heated pools plus a kiddie pool. After your swim, you can dry off on one of the poolside chaises or enjoy a snack and a game of cards at one of the deck tables. As befits a complex with “tennis” in its name, there are 8 outdoor tennis courts to choose from (Owners and renters play free). If you prefer a less strenuous sport, take advantage of the shuffleboard court or bocce court. There’s even a beauty salon, and a therapeutic massage service on premises. You could easily (and happily!) spend your entire vacation without leaving the grounds! Of course, if you did that, you’d be missing out on much of what makes a Florida getaway so special. For starters, there’s the beach and the Gulf of Mexico--you can walk there in 3 minutes. Once you do, you’re likely to see dolphins and manatees swimming among the boats in the gulf, and don't forget to look for seashells. There are jet-ski, kayak, and sailboat rentals, and you can book a parasailing experience too. Simply want to relax while sipping a beer? Stop in at Doc’s Beach House, a restaurant/bar right on the beach that’s a favorite with locals and visitors alike. And we haven’t even mentioned nearby Lovers Key State Park, or the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach, or the cruises to Sanibel Island. Perhaps you can catch a spring training baseball game. In fact, there’s so much to do, and Bonita Beach & Tennis 3001 is such a lovely home away from home, that we’re sure you’ll return time and again.
