Located at the base of Bald Mountain this luxury Warm Springs home will be your perfect mountain retreat. With 4 spacious suites and two large living areas this home will easily accommodate up to 12 guests. Each room has a king bed and two of the rooms include an additional twin with trundle, which are perfect for kids. Each room has a bathroom with separate tub and shower. TV, wifi, and sonos music are available throughout the house. The home also has two fireplaces, hot tub, outdoor fire pit and gas BBQ. The laundry room is equipped with two washers and two dryers. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped including two ovens, range, microwave, ice maker and two dishwashers. The dining room table expands to seat 10 and the island will accommodate 4.
The garage has ample ski storage and glove/boot warming racks. The driveway and patio areas are equipped with a snow melt system. The Warm Springs Lodge and lifts are minutes away and downtown Ketchum is 2.5 miles away.

We built this home to accommodate our 4 kids and also be suitable to house 4 couples without anyone have a "bad room". We enjoy cooking and the kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for gourmet dinners or a casual family time. We recently did a complete remodel with new paint, furniture, bedding and fabrics. As we are now empty nesters we moved to a small condo in downtown Ketchum and want to share our family home with others.

Why they chose this property

We love Warm Springs for its proximity to the Warm Springs Lodge and lifts. We also like that it is quiet even during busy holidays. We love that we are close to downtown and often take our bikes. We enjoy hiking and biking right out the door with no need to drive. This is one of the few houses actually located in the forest at the base of bald mountain. It has a genuine mountain feel.

What makes this property unique

Every aspect of the house is top quality. We spent a great deal of time designing and building this home for our family and guests. All the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and professionally decorated. All bedrooms have large well-appointed bathrooms. The living areas and outside spaces are designed to easily accommodate your family and friends.
