Brand new home as of 2024! Experience beautiful views of the ocean on one side and the sound on the other. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is well thought out and pulls the outdoors in. Start the day in one of the many comfy chairs on the ocean-facing deck with a cup of coffee from the new Nespresso machine in hand. End it with the sky awash with color as sunset mellows into twilight on a sound-facing deck. 
 
The first floor has 2 comfortable bedrooms each with an ensuite. The family suite has a queen-size bed as well as a twin. Staying in this room you have access to your own balcony that looks toward the sound. The bunk room has a pyramid bunk bed with a twin over a full. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and each bathroom has a bathtub/ shower. Keeping up with sandy bathing suits and damp towels is made so much easier by having the stacked washer and dryer on this floor.

Spending time together is made stress-free and easy on the second floor. The spacious living room invites you to take a seat on the sectional couch and catch up with your loved ones. A large-screen smart TV makes queuing up a movie or sporting event easy. The living room has direct access to a large balcony. The kitchen is streamlined and ready for you to prepare the perfect meal for your crew or serve up some takeout pizza or grab a cup of Nespresso. 5 stools are at the counter to make meals easy and conversation even easier. The master bedroom is on this floor, with a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and private ocean-facing deck. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway as well as the bedroom. It has a bathtub/ shower.

Walking down Seagull Lane on your way to or from the beach you’ll want to stop by N. Topsail’s Tiki Bar and Market. With a trivia night, a karaoke night, corn hole tournaments and so much more this favorite spot of many locals will become a must for you, too. Quiet and residential, North Topsail Beach is close to shops, restaurants, and activities. You will only be a 10-minute drive from the closest grocery store (Food Lion) and 20 minutes to the center of Surf City where you will find many privately owned gift shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The Salty Bean is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, one-half of a Duplex located in N. Topsail Beach, Topsail Island.

Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines.  Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants, and attractions abound on Topsail as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center.
