The pool, grill, and firepit are communal areas. Please be kind and courtesy when sharing the spaces. Guests will have access to the Barndominium minus one closet.

A car is a must in the Texas Hill Country. Some local companies offer guided tours that take visitors to popular destinations, wineries, and attractions in the area.

- Pets are not allowed

- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- No glass in the pool/spa area.
- No ATVs or other motorized vehicles. If there are ATVs, there will be no warning, they will be evicted immediately with no refund.
- Do not touch the cleaning robot in the pool
- No vehicle parking on grass

The owners reside on-site in the owner's suite in the main home. At times they will be present on property.
