This is a revered family property, that has hosted, entertained, and provided sanctuary to guests from around the world over the years. It is extremely well appointed and we warmly welcome you to enjoy it to the fullest, but also with care and respect.

- Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette smoking of any kind. There is a minimum $500 charge for any smoke remediation.
- Please remove your shoes at the door. There is plush carpeting and hardwood floors throughout the house.
- Please limit food and beverages to kitchen and dining areas.
- Firewood is provided for the fireplace and the wood stove in the basement. Please limit all fires to those locations and ensure dampers are open prior to use.
- Accidents happen! If something breaks please notify us prior to your departure to avoid any charges.
- The pianos are tuned and available for use. Please use respect and care.
- The property uses a septic system. Please do not flush ANYTHING besides toilet paper.
- The property is equipped with an elevator, however it is for private family use only. The equipment and doors are locked and disabled.
