The condo is available from December 2018 to April 2019 for a period of 3 months to 4 months. This condo is on the second floor, about 15 steps to the front door. Sorry no pets, no smoking, no trucks and no children under 18 are allowed, unless in the supervision of parents/ grandparents.
Fountains IV is an intimate, 20 condo sub-division built around a lovely heated pool. The community all know each other and there is a mix of full time and seasonal residents from the US and Canada. With long lake views from the extended lanai, to the 90 degree heated pool steps outside of your front door, you will enjoy the peace, beauty of nature and endless sunshine. Two king bedrooms ensure comfort for your guests, as well as 40" TV and DVD player.. A prepaid US cell phone can be provided for non-US guests.
The fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances leads through to the large living area with new sofas, and the lanai also houses the full size new washer and dryer. You can park in your reserved car port space with plenty of visitor spaces for your guests.
The lanai is furnished with two comfortable loungers for you to relax and admire the lake views. New carrier air conditioner installed in September 2017 for efficient cooling or heating.

The Fountains is a beautiful community, just minutes away from the action of downtown but surrounded by nature and greenery. Downtown gets very busy in high season, why not turn left at the US 41 and head to Freedom Square with its new restaurants, Steinmart and Marshalls, or be on Marco in 15 mins for a taste of island living.
Unlike other condos, we are right by the heated pool and grill, so you can pop out for a swim with no fuss. The whole development is very quiet, no road noise and gorgeous views over the lakes at the back. You can walk to two golf courses, Riviera and Hibiscus, where you can pay green fees. Publix supermarket at Hammock Cove is a 15 minute flat walk away. Four restaurants in walking distance; Erin's Isle, Di Julio, Domino's Pizza, and Williams at Royal Wood Golf Club. There is a bus service just outside the building on Rattlesnake and Charlemagne which will take you to the mall, Waterside Shops, Mercato or Downtown for $4 for a day pass.
The place was spotlessly clean with new towels, sheets and pillows. So nice to feel safe and relaxed at someone else's property which was as nice as our own home. The WiFi worked great and we skyped the kids everyday from the lanai. A lovely stay.
