We, Hershel and Tomoko, are a married couple residing in Aurora, Colorado. We both have extensively traveled and decided to run these vacation rentals based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Beautiful view but lacking in other ways......

We arrived to not have any keys waiting for us. Luckily, someone was staying on the same floor as us and let us in. Though the condo itself is quite nice, the kitchen utensils suck. There is not even a frying pan that is big enough to cook bacon. There is 4 plates, 4 bowls, and not even medium or small glasses for juice - big glasses and only 4 other than wine glasses. Even though there was only my husband and I at the condo, we had to either wash dishes by hand daily or run the dishwasher daily. Seems very silly. Would make much more sense to put enough dishes in for 3 or 4 meals - at least enough to fill the dishwasher. For a condo of this calibre, it is surprising that the coffee pot is the cheapest of the very cheapest possible. Though the beds themselves are quite comfortable, the blankets, if you can call them that, are sorely lacking, very thin and barely enough to adequately cover two people. Overall, this condo is only ok but I certainly would seek a more adequately stocked unit rather than return here. We were also met with a few friendly little roaches in the bathroom UGH.....

Owner's Response: We are puzzled with this review submitted one month after their stay because during their stay we received messages like "We are very much enjoying the vacation and very much enjoying your home here in Waikiki" and after they left "Very much enjoyed your property and will recommend it to friends and family," and "Thank you again for extending the check out time to 8 p.m. That worked out perfectly for our departure." There was a problem with the security fob not being returned by new cleaning personnel to the lock box and we repeatedly apologized to the guest for this problem. We believe that we have adequately stocked the kitchen with needed utensils and have not had previous complaints from any other guests regarding this. There are actually three frying pans available to use. We were unaware of this guests complaint of seeing roaches and we stayed there immediately after this guest and did not observe any. We offered this guest an extra free accommodation, and they had a very late checkout for their late night flight. We wished this guest would have done us the courtesy of contacting us directly with any issues/problems/complaints.

Great Views

Very nice condo. Great views of ocean and city. Used the outdoor grills and pool area almost everyday. Easy walking distances to downtown beach, restaurants, shopping and bus stops. Had someone meet us the night we arrived to show us the room. Very satisfied with the condo.

Great unit to stay in. Great location!

Fabulous condo, very clean and modern. Excellent building. Phenomenal views.

I lived in Waikiki and visited many times. This unit was one of the best ever, had a great time. Located right in the middle of everything, shopping, restaurants, beach, busses. Couldn't ask for much better conditions. Very quiet unit, parking available.

Very accurate description, good communications, would definateley recommend.
