Easy to get right onto the Greenbelt for walks, runs, roller-blading or biking.

Good apartment, great value
Had a very good experience with the property. The area is nice and the property is well-maintained. It is very affordable too despite being in an area (McCormick Ranch/Paradise Valley) that is generally somewhat expensive. Close to the freeway, food, and shopping. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area
Great Vacation Condo
The condo is exactly as the owners described. It's in one of the best locations in the Phoenix area as well as the best location in the complex. Previous reviews were accurate and thorough so I won't repeat them. They did provide more hangers for clothing than most people will ever need.(See last review)
I highly recommend this rental.
What a perfect location in Scottsdale. The condo was immaculate. Plenty big for a one bedroom, with a nice balcony facing a small park. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Bring your cloths and a few extra hangers as everything else is provided. I would strongly recommend to anyone staying in the Scottsdale area.
Great Confortable Condo
Had a great time using this condo. Its very comfortable with anything you could need. The view off the back deck is great. The hot tub was great after a day of biking. The location was excellent and very close to Old Town and the highway. I'd stay here again and highly recommend the condo.
We had an absolutely fabulous two weeks in Sandi & Daryl's condo. The location was very convenient to many activities with plenty of nearby shopping. The size and accommodations were perfect for a couple of newly retired folks!
The description was extremely accurate. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. Customer service was terrific - both prior to our visit and by the local contact during our visit.
We definitely recommend the property and will consider it on our next visit to Scottsdale.
