The kids will love the ping pong table in the garage! The full-size washer and dryer will come in handy during your trip. New for 2024, the owner is installing an outside patio. Sorry no parking in the garage but the driveway will comfortably four cars.

a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 4 kids (under 18) at any time. This includes infants/toddlers.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* Linens & towels are included for rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only.
* There is a private driveway to this home that will fit 4 cars.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
