Just minutes away from West 25th, West Side Market, Tremont bars & restaurants and a short ride to downtown or the Flats. You can even walk to the ballpark if you wanted to. You will be within minutes of the rapid station, major bus lines and quick drive to and from major highways and parks.
The space
This property is one of Duck Island's few remaining historic homes, built in 1890! This is a very spacious home with an open living room, kitchen, and dining room. 2 bedrooms on the second floor.
*1st bedroom has a king-sized bed, large tv with Roku setup and free Netflix. Spacious closet & dresser
*2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, smart tv, free Netflix. Spacious closet & dresser

*The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities needed to cook all your meals including utensils, pots, pans, seasonings, etc.
*Property also has a deck with tables and chairs to enjoy dinner or a drink.
*There is a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp, outlet adaptor, and comfy chair.
*There is a free washer and dryer on the main floor with Tide Free & Clear Detergent.

Guest access
The first and second floors are fully accessible. This includes living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms and front room/sitting room. Basement and attic area are closed off.
Other things to note
We provide enough essentials listed for your stay, however, if any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use.

We provide initial complimentary Keurig coffee pods. We also provide cooking basics (pots, pans, salt, pepper and additional seasonings). A small amount of olive oil provided.

This property has a shared driveway with our neighbor. This isn't a problem. We simply ask that the driveway isn't blocked at any time so that neighbors can easily access their garage without a problem. There is also parking in front of the house and on the street.

This property is also located on a semi-quiet street. Traffic can pick up during morning and afternoon commuting hours but isn't loud enough to disturb anyone. Noise and traffic can also pick up during the weekends due to its proximity to Ohio City, Tremont, the Flats, and downtown attractions, however, nothing that would be loud enough to wake you. A sound machine has been placed in both bedrooms just in case.
