About this property

Spacious and bright cabin, 2 miles to Dollywood, close to Gatlinburg Golf Course

Bright and cheery cabin, incredible location, near all the parkway attractions and just a little over 2 miles to Dollywood! You can hear the Dollywood train from the porch! Only 7 miles to Gatlinburg. Neighborhood pool (seasonal, mid May- September), no key needed for pool entrance. Market and pizza place located at the bottom of the street, just a 3 min walk! We are located across the street from the beautiful Gatlinburg Golf Course. Our cabin boasts, comfortable seating in living room, large kitchen and dining area with seating for 8 people plus high chair, 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs, Pacman game, old school Atari console in loft area, Skee ball machine in downstairs living area, and a hot tub on back patio. We have a cornhole game and lots of board games too. We have a fully stocked coffee bar with creamers, teas and hot cocoa.
Located in Bear Cove Falls neighborhood. This cabin is not in the woods, no steep mountain roads.
Cabin is 1,800 sq ft.
Electric fireplace with remote, in living room.
All 4 smart TVs include Netflix and Hulu.
We will provide starter laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels and toilet paper.
Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.

Ring security camera on back door. Camera does NOT face hot tub. The hot tub is NOT in the viewing field of camera.

The Cub Inn is our second home and we stay there as a family as often as we are able to. We love it and hope you do too. Please, let us know how we can make your stay wonderful! I can be reached for questions at any time.
Guests must agree and sign our cabin rules before I will accept booking. We have a very strict NO smoking policy, NO smoking on the premises including porch and back patio. Candle use in the cabin is strictly prohibited. No pets.

We are Tom and Terri Watkins, we've lived in Knoxville, Tennesse for the past 15 years. We were raised in Ohio and Pennsylvania. We fell in love with the Smoky Mountains and rented cabins in Pigeon Forge often. It has been a dream come to true, to finally have a cabin of our own to enjoy and share with others!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is lovely! It is a very short walk to the neighborhood market and pizza place, it makes this location extremely convenient for guests. The cabin is so close to Dollywood, you can hear the train whistle. The Parkway is super close, with all the amazing attractions and shows.

What makes this property unique

Our cabin is clean and spacious! The proximity to the local attractions is amazing. We love it and we want our guests to be comfortable and happy during their stay! We will go above and beyond to make your stay special.
