The Space:
The spacious home is ideal for hosting large families or business travelers with plenty of entertainment space and private work space alike.

Each of the 4 bedrooms offers something spectacular and unique!

The primary suite features space bursting with natural light, a stylish work space, and an en-suite spa like bathroom you'll never want to leave. The oversized shower with overhead rain style spout will leave you feeling fresh after travel.

The sizable vanity and closet are perfect for spreading out or sharing with a fellow traveler. Experience true comfort on the ultra-thick plush queen mattress with soft sheets.

The second floor includes two bedrooms. The pink room features a ultra thick full mattress, modern work desk, and is soaked with natural light from custom sized windows. The second bedroom on this floor brings a golden style of its own and captures plenty of sunlight and has a modern work desk. These rooms share a luxury hall bathroom.

Bedroom 4 has space all to itself on its own floor with a full bathroom just outside the door. This room encompasses an ultra thick full bed and is perfect for those in the group who want the upmost privacy.

Saving the best for last: the decadent private rooftop deck with a view of the Philadelphia skyline to the North and Philly's Sports Stadiums to the South! Pink sunsets from this rooftop are nearly unbeatable!

The Neighborhood:
This residential area is a diverse mix of Philadelphia culture and some new age hipster twists. Check out the American Sardine Bar, Dock Street Brewery, The Pharmacy (coffee shop with live music), and Philly Taco!

There is a small store a block away that contains most day-to-day necessities, with a much larger grocer and super store just a 5 minute drive away (Fresh Grocer).

Getting Around:
-10 minutes to University City
-10 minutes City Hall (City Center)
-15 minutes to sports stadiums
-10 minutes to CHOP
