About the host
Hosted by katya madden
Hi there. As of this writing, there are limited reviews on VRBO because most of my guests have stayed multiple months.( I have many more reviews on another well-known vacation platform. )As an experienced international and domestic traveler, I pride myself on communication, clarity, and offering you friendship while you are here. I tried to anticipate what you would need for a great time and I make myself as available as necessary. I was a traveling artist exhibiting at Shows for decades and I live here in the same community. I hope you will enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy living here.
Why they chose this property
When I moved here in 2016 I thought it was the biggest secret! And I was thrilled. Over the years it has been discovered, but instead of being disappointed about that, I have found that more and more wonderful services are showing up every year in the surrounding neighborhood making our lives better and better. I will offer you details and distances of everything starting with the airport being only 15 minutes away to all the new restaurant openings and art, galleries and boutiques supermarkets and even a SPROUTS is opening a mile away (as I type this the construction is ongoing.) our community is quiet and residential, but we are moments from entertainment and stimulation of all sorts. Sports, water, activities, boating, theater, restaurants, you name it!
What makes this property unique
Villas are not profitable for real estate developers. They would take the same footprint and put multiple stories on it. In that type of rental, you have people above and below you and to the left and the right. Not so here! I love living in a villa, a little house -a little bucolic cottage with a perimeter of flowers and grass with two dedicated parking spots! Our pool is gorgeous -this type of living is not being constructed in our area. It’s a thing of the past.
