Paul and Anna Williamson
About Paul and Anna Williamson
Our first trip to Kauai was in 1992 not long after hurricane Iniki had hit the island. We were only on the island for a day and what we saw, did not impress us. However, a few years later we returned with our family and stayed for several days. After the 2nd trip our opinion of the island was changed. Kauai became our favorite on return trips. Finally in 2010 after several more visits we fulfilled our dream to become home owners in Princeville.
Paul and Anna Williamson purchased this Condo in 2015
Why Paul and Anna Williamson chose Princeville
Our 1st purchase in 2010 was in a neighboring complex, however our desire was always to be owners at The Plantations because of the wonderful exteriors, spacious living areas and large lanais. In 2015 we sold our other unit and made our dream come true.
What makes this Condo unique
With the large windows and numerous sliding glass doors all units are bright and airy. The complex is built to be quiet and inviting. With a lovely pool and waterfall, workout facility and office The Plantations has everything. Our large lanai overlooking the beautiful grounds is the perfect place to relax. Units come with A/C, however you probably won't need it....just open the windows and let the island breezes cool you off.

We had such a wonderful stay at Paul & Anna's home in Princeville! Gorgeous location! The condo is even better than the pictures. Loved having all of the beach chairs and equipment available. (We even donated a couple of snorkel masks.) We didn't get a chance to use all of it so that means we'll have to come back!! We especially enjoyed walking down for sunset and taking lots of amazing pictures. The grocery store and other shops in Princeville were very convenient.
Kauai is unbelievable and we look forward to returning.
Has everything you need!
The condo exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well appointed, in a perfect location for us, and had plenty of beach supplies (coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc.).
Our family of 4 (which includes two teenagers) absolutely loved it!
Loved my stay!
You have a wonderful residence in the most beautiful part of Kauai!! Thank you for sharing your residence with us, we wouldn't hesitate to rent from you again. Very clean and well kept unit. Thanks, Weaver Family
Enjoyed the location and property. Loved having a washer and dryer in unit. Wide selection of beach gear to use. Would stay here again.
Location was perfect
Great location. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and privacy. Tons of beach gear to use. Clean and very cute. Would stay here again.
First time stay in Princeville
Really nice property in a great part of town. Had everything we needed as a family of five with a baby. Used the beach toys and added a few more for all to enjoy. Fun time for all. Thank you
Located in the wonderful Princeville neighborhood of spectacular Hanalei Bay on Kauai's north shore, our condo is within walking distance of several secluded beaches great for snorkeling and relaxing in the sunshine. Princeville shopping center is a 20 minute walk on a path that borders the golf course through the town park where you will find groceries, shopping and several eateries. Hanalei town is a scenic 10 minute drive away where you'll find additional dinning and shopping options next to beautiful Hanalei Bay. We are a short distance to numerous hiking trails and other north shore attractions. Princeville Ranch adventures which features zip lining, horse back riding and 4 wheelers is also nearby. Some of our favorite things to do are hiking the Na Pali Coast Trail, Snorkeling at Ke'e, Tunnels or Hideaway beaches, Kayaking on the Hanalei river, Whale watching from the lighthouse in Kilauea, swimming in Queen's Bath, watching Sunsets from anywhere or just relaxing on any of the beautiful beaches on the north shore.
