· Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property, unless they are service dogs in accordance with the
law Article 2, Section XXVI of the General Law for the Inclusion of Persons with a disability.

· Noise: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or noisy gatherings that may disturb neighbors, especially after 10 PM

· Additional Guests: Guests or guests in addition to those who were registered in the original
reservation are not allowed to enter, unless requested and approved

· Parking: Each unit has its assigned a parking space marked

· Illicit Substances: The use of illicit substances or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

· Garbage: Please be sure to use the designated trash bins and do not throw trash outside of them.

· Common Areas Hours: The hours of use of the common areas are from 8am to 10PM.

We ask that
you respect these applicable rules.

· Use of Glass: The use of glass is prohibited in the common areas for safety reasons.

· Behavior: Intoxicated or aggressive persons who may disturb the peace and well-being of the
community are not allowed to enter.

Remember that, in case of non-compliance with these regulations, the guest will be subject to a fine of
at least 150 USD and may be subject to the cancellation of the reservation, as well as the denial of access
to the condominium.
