About Jim and Jane Campbell
We are Jim and Jane Campbell and we have two grown sons. The cabin is located on our farm which is a working farm with Angus cattle. We will sell you a great steak or hamburger that was grass fed right here on our farm. We enjoy being hospitable and will make your stay as relaxing as possible.
Jim and Jane Campbell purchased this Cabin in 2011
Why Jim and Jane Campbell chose Blue Ridge
We decided to build a log cabin on our property because our view is so wonderful and we wanted to be able to share it.
What makes this Cabin unique
We are 1/2 mile off Rt. 460 and close to many restuarants, places to shop, the Peaks of Otter, and Smith Mountain Lake. We have a pond very close to the cabin and there are many places to hike and bike. We love it here on the farm, because the views off the front porch and the many wildlife you see, put us in awe of our Lord Jesus Christ the creator of it all!

The cabin is beautiful! Perfect for a couples getaway. Quiet and relaxing while we watched deer and wild turkey in the clearing nearby. We will definitely go back!!
We had an incredible stay over the Labor Day weekend. Thank You again, Jim and Jane. The perfect place to recharge, and unwind. Beautifully decorated, cozy, with all the comforts of home included. We grilled some good steaks, and ate on the porch one evening, as deer and turkeys wandered across the property. Spacious, and modern, while secluded and quiet. Take the time to look at the night sky here, its incredible!

The cabin was in an excellent location, secluded from the city but close enough to spend the day exploring without a long drive to get back. We ordered steak from the farm while we were there, and it was excellent quality! We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and the owners also had a few necessities in the bathroom as well. We had a great time, and would love to come back sometime!
Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Lazy Creek Cabin. We were able to meet the owners Jim and Jane. They are absolutely lovely people and showed great care in taking care of the grounds and the cabin itself. Aside from the beautiful scenery and mountains, there is a fishing pond to where my husband was able to catch bass and bluegill! I had a wonderful chat with Jane who was as sweet as pie! It is well worth the stay! The cabin was pristine clean and up-to-date in all amenities. It was a true pleasure and if you ever have a chance, please visit this wonderful peaceful cabin.
