Our pool is like a private lagoon, surrounded by lush vegetation, birds and sounds of nature, providing a relaxing atmosphere to recharge your body and soul.
The patio area is an habitat for certain species of birds, coquies and iguanas... our daily guests. It is a wonderful Casa to just relax in the house or by the pool, listen to pristine sounds of nature, spotting an occasion iguana and wake up to birds singing the next morning.
The house is uniquely designed combining the iconic parts of Puerto Rican heritage- from Spanish to Indian influences.
Three bedrooms with air conditioning and two full bathrooms are upstairs overlooking the nature and the pool. Two bedrooms with queen beds, the master with a King size bed. Family, living, half bathroom, large kitchen with pantry, iron, outdoor gas grill, dining room, two open terraces and a lot space for parking in front of the house. Sleeps six.
Cable TV , Internet, 2 TV units ( one in the master bedroom), washer and dryer.
The excellent location provides easily access to main highways to north, west or east part of the island, an excellent home base to visit Puerto Rico.
Only 20 minutes from San Juan, 45 minutes from El Yunque rain forest, and 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Fajardo and marinas .

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT:
Guest agrees than no more than six(6) persons shall be permitted on the property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement.
Pets are not allowed .
No Events celebration allowed during this Rental Term.
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
The property is provided in "as is" condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all the amenities in the Property , such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, pool, air conditioning or electrical appliances. Rental agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.
Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as pools, spas, decks, gas grill, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest's own risk.
When leaving any room , You MUST TURN OFF all air conditioner units. Leaving room doors open while the air conditioner is On is NOT permitted and it may cause damage to the units and the power system of the house may fail. NO re-arrange of furniture is permitted inside or outside of the house.
Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.
The Property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $250.00.
Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Garden and pool cleaning will be once a week. Additional request of service will be charge and paid at the moment of the service
If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest's property and belongings and leave the property in good order and free of damage.
No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.
ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE
Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by the other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and permitted occupants under this Agreement.
RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.
Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any cost, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.
Guest herby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities or amenities.
Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest's own initiative, risk and responsibility.
ENTRY AND INSPECTION
Guest shall allow access to the property for purposes of repair inspection, pool and garden maintenance. Rental Agent or any employee shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and by mutual agreement for the benefit of Guests.
If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PROPERTY
In the event the property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of the Rental agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this agreement.
50% refund if cancel before four weeks the start of the trip.
If a Guest decide for any reason to arrive after the day of the duration of the Rental Term or leave the Property before the Rental Term duration , No Refund will proceed for any unused portion of the rent.
If there is a storm or hurricane and the states or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area"and/or a Mandatory evacuation order has been given for a Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest, The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
In addition to the standard terms included herein, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest's rental of the property.
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with the regard to the rental of the property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental A.

Everything from the house to the hosts was incredible. I don't think I was ever treated so well by anyone that we rented a house/condo from. The house i gorgeous!! Exactly how it looks on the photos if not better. It is very spacious and the pool is like a cherry on a top. I cannot wait to go back there. Communication with our hosts was very smooth and they even helped us with surprising our friends with flowers and balloons since they just got engaged. Cannot wait to go back!

I cannot say enough good things about this property: it was our own private sanctuary on the island. The home is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. The detail that Socorro puts into the home is second to none - it was decorated for Christmas while we were there and every day I think we'd wake up to find something new that we hadn't noticed before. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. We were a family of 6 adults and we all had our favorite hang out spot in the house - there were no worries about being on top of each other or feeling crowded. After busy days exploring the island (the house is in a great central location close to several highways), we always looked forward to coming "home" to relax and grill out by the pool. Speaking of, the backyard is AMAZING. I could have spent our entire vacation by that pool. Sitting in the rockers drinking coffee was the perfect way to start out each day. We all had a fantastic time and were sad to leave. Socorro was a wonderful owner and responded quickly to emails or phone calls and Santos greeted us on arrival and made sure we were all settled in. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit it again myself some day.
Peaceful family vacation
We felt right at home as soon as we entered this beautiful property. We were received by its kind owner, Socorro. Our family spent a nice week here surrounded by nature and we were captivated by the serenity of the place. The kids were happy to have a pool available to them all the time. We cooked for friends and family. My favorite: breakfast in a different area of the garden every day. Easy access to the main highway, food and attractions.
