Why Lisa Wahl chose Washington

Because it's close to everything and it's so beautiful and tranquil! You will absolutely love it and feel refreshed after staying here and will refer friends, I guarantee it!

There are two bedrooms and a big open space for the dining room and living room that leads into the kitchen. There are two showers, two bathrooms, a washer/dryer and everything you need to live normally on a vacation.

The Evergreen State College is minutes away, a perfect graduation celebration location.

If you are going to the US Open, BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!!!

What makes this house unique

Privacy privacy privacy. Pets Pets Pets. You can bring your dog and feel comfortable knowing you aren't violating policies. Just be a good owner and don't let the dog roam the streets and pick up after the duties.

There is a doggy door on the side that is fenced, so if you leave for awhile, you can let your dog go out and come back in. It's a rustic play pen area for dogs and people, and you don't have to worry.

There is air conditioning when we get really hot nights, which occurs around June 15-September 10th, on average. Last year was even a hotter and longer summer!

If you have a boat, camper, RV, we have safe off street parking to accommodate. The water is a block away, with access minutes away. Local parks, marinas, the state capitol, arts and entertainment make this small town kind of a big deal. Depending on rental dates, there are fresh raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, pears, chives, mint, and 3 garden beds with vegetables growing for the picking at your whim.

Character and charming tranquillity

  • 5 of 5

This home is amazing and has everything plus we were welcomed with wine, candies and many special touches. Very clean and smells amazing. Fully stocked kitchen with great cookware. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. The air conditioning was a bonus. The decking and flower/herb gardens are impressive. Several areas to sit outside and enjoy the yard and breathe in the fresh air. We even made s'mores in the fire pit. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you!!!

Pretty

  • 4 of 5

Nice property and house. Not as dog safe as I thought. The back area fence is unsafe close to falling over. Never left my dog outside alone. Neighbors dog yappy. Pretty area. Very clean house. Would come again n with a better fenced area. Did not use the front as a as not fenced

Amazing Experience

  • 5 of 5

This was such a wonderful place for my family and I to stay at. We were there for one month. The location is nice and close to everything. The house, furniture, decor and Supplies were awesome. The outside was very nice and peaceful, it was like a park right out the side of the house. Wonderful views of the water and on clear skies be able to see Mt Rainier. The owner is so nice and maintains the house and the grounds perfectly. It was so nice to be able to talk with the owner than going through a third party. She is very accommodating and was so nice to deliver an Easter basket for my kids. It was hard to leave it really felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a VBRO well worth your stay. No hotel even comes close to this place.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we walked in we realized that Lisa had thought of everything. From the bottle of wine waiting on the dining table to the necessities in the frig and coffee and groceries in the pantry. The rooms are well furnished and the queen size bed very comfortable. Our grandkids, who live in the area, loved playing with the toys there and we enjoyed watching the humming birds outside the kitchen window. It has a beautiful yard and loads of parking space. We hope to stay there again.

Very well equipped and comfortable

  • 4 of 5

Had everything I needed to dwell. Comfortably. Lisa was a great hostess and was very available and helpful. Only thing I might suggest Lisa is having some pull down shades on the living room sliders and the kitchen window.. other than that my stay was great!
