This is a two story, newly remodeled townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It has a private pool in the backyard, plus it is along a canal and has a boat slip with a lift and parking space for a boat trailer. A lifted deck has a great view overlooking the canal. It is also, just a short drive to the beach.

The living room has reclining couches and a large TV. Dining table seats 6. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking and dining. The half bath is on the first floor.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 guest rooms have full size beds and the primary room has a king size bed. 1 of the full bathrooms is attached to the primary room and has a large walk in shower. The primary room and 1 of the guest bedrooms have connecting balconies that over look the pool in the back yard and the canal.

The amazing back yard has an outdoor table with seating for 6 under a covering. There are also 4 chaise lounge chairs poolside. The lifted deck is above the boat slip and has a table with seating for 4 plus 2 additional deck chairs. The driveway has enough space to park 2 vehicles plus a boat trailer can be parked next to the driveway.
