2 bedroom, 2 bath on the gulf, half a block from the beach
About Linda Silvonen
Linda and Bob have owned this since 1997. We live in the metro Detroit area of Michigan. While we love getting away to our Florida home, commitments up north keep us in Michigan. We have kept the condo well maintained since we someday hope to be able to live there full time! We love to get our exercise by walking to the restaurants or walking the beach.

Why Linda Silvonen chose Clearwater Beach
The view, the view and the view. In the day you might look out and see dolphin swimming or the pirate ship. Don't be surprised when you hear the boom, its just the pirate ship 3 times a day. The sunset from the balcony is perfect! At night, the lights of Sand Key will keep you on the balcony feeling the ocean breeze. On top of all that, you never need to get in your car. You can go to many restaurants or bars by foot. And even more are available a jolly trolley ride away. Jolly Trolley stop is just to the right of the building when you exit.
What makes this Condo unique
Its the best location in the middle of everything but its also quiet at night so you can get your rest for another perfect day. The fifth floor is just high enough to give you a great view.

Spectacular view from the balcony, day or night. View sunset from your lounge chair during the winter months. Located around the corner from the beach .Thirty bars / restaurants within 1 1/2 miles so walk or take a Jolly Trolley ride. My favorites are Backwater's and Columbia's just over the bridge to Sand Key. Or walk down the beach to Palm Pavillion for drinks and dinner while viewing the sunset. Or take a Jolly Trolley over to Island Way Grille (they will also pick you up). Those are my 4 favorites. The marina is 1/4 mile away. You can take a pirate ride, rent jet skis, go deep sea fishing or just take a casual dolphin watching cruise. The beach is gorgeous or simply sun yourself down at the pool while watching the gulf. You can rent mini cars by the hour. You can go to a different restaurant every day for a month without getting in your car. Groceries are on Island Way, a Jolly Trolley ride away. Check out the Visitors Center across the street for more information on what to do in the area.
