Why they chose this property

Biltmore Village is a quieter, family-friendly neighborhood that's still close to everything. This area is perfect for those who will be around a while, usually a month or longer, and desire a relaxing home. Located on a dead-end street, the only through-traffic is from residents on the street, which means a very quiet street! Only a 10min walk to the Daily Grind Coffee Shop or 15-20min walk to breweries and restaurants. Driving, it's only 2mins to Biltmore Village, 5mins to the highway, and 10mins to Downtown Asheville.

What makes this property unique

You won't find another 5-bedroom / 3.5-bathroom home for rental close to Downtown Asheville. All the large homes are North of the city or outside of the city limits in the mountains.
