Our 9th floor condo at Emerald Isle is located directly on over 300 feet of the pristine white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico, in the heart of Pensacola Beach. No streets to cross or traffic noise. You are just steps to the beach and the sound of water lapping at your feet. From the private balcony you overlook the pools of this 17 story luxury high-rise private gated community, the sandy white beach and the endless horizon of emerald green and blue water with dolphins sometimes swimming by.

There are plenty of sea shells for everyone to pick up or snorkel for. Bring your bathing suits and enjoy the beach and the pools and have a great time in the crystal clear water!

This soul soothing spacious (1200 square feet) condo has it all. With amenities for people of all ages including a big 46' high definition 1080p LCD TV with HDMI and component inputs, Blu-Ray/DVD player and stereo in the living room and an 36'LCD flat panel TV in the master bedroom with DVD player as well as a 24' LCD TV with DVD player second bedroom. The breathtaking views through the huge windows in the living room and master bedroom and the sounds of the waves that radiate through the condo when the sliding glass doors are open and the wonderful ocean breeze that flows in are just unbelievable. It just doesn't get any better than this!

There are plenty of GREAT things to do and attractions see like the National Museum of Naval Aviation and IMAX Theater as well as the Gulf Islands National Seashore. If you are really adventurous then dive the Oriskany, the world's largest artificial reef! You can rent jet skis, go fishing on the beach or the Casino Beach Fishing Pier, try the really great charter fishing or maybe paragliding or just relax and lay on the beach or use the on-site sauna and glassed in gym overlooking the beach!

Food and Fun are just across the street at the Plaza Strip or a short stroll to the Boardwalk where you can find all kinds of eats from burgers to bagels, Buffalo Wings to pizza and great seafood and steaks. The nightlife, music, festivities, more beach fun and shopping are all located from the Boardwalk to directly across from the resort. You don't even have to try and relax and have fun in the sun...It Just Happens!!!

Best Vacation Stay in Galveston!!

Four of us had a three day stay in Galveston in Unit 906. The unit was centrally located and very clean and had an at home feeling. The views of the ocean from the living room and bedroom were incredible. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the ocean view. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will for sure want to stay there again any time we go to Galveston. We highly recommend a vacation stay in this condo!

Great view but some issues

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant was very pleasant and welcoming. Once we arrived to our actual unit we opened the door to a clean smell and overall clean appearance. However it was a bit warmer inside than what we had hoped and adjusted the A/C. It took it a while to bring the temp down to a comfort range for our party. The sliding glass door off the living area gave us fits the entire time of our stay. It was extremely difficult to open and close and would constantly get stuck.

The bathroom closest to the living area had problems with the hot water in the bath/shower. It was extremely hot to the point of concern of scalding my young child while bathing. It was reported so hopefully that issue will be addressed. The other bathroom, off the kitchen area had just the opposite problem with the water. It came out cold and had NO hot water at all. Needless to say, showering in either all cold or all scalding hot water was no fun. Again, the issue was reported so hopefully it will be a minor plumbing fix.

The unit itself was very clean overall and the beds slept very comfortably. The bed sheets, pillows and comforters were a good quality thread count and made for a comfortable, soft feel. The kitchen supplies lacked a little in my opinion with utensils to prepare/cook with, knives in particular. Perhaps that's a safety hazard where the owner isn't allowed to provide good quality, sharp kitchen knives. The ice maker did not work so we had to make purchases of ice our entire stay which was messy bringing back from a store, melting and dripping all the way up to our unit.

The swimming pool looked as though it had not been cleaned in a few days as there were tons of leaves and debris floating. Not a very inviting sight. Regretfully we didn't make use of the pool like we had hoped to.

Overall for our 3 nights we stayed, the unit and amenities served our purpose. Had our stay been longer, I don't think I would have been happy having to deal with the issues stated. The view couldn't have been better. We were up on the 9th floor of a 11-12 story building so we could see for miles in all directions. That part was unbeatable!

The owner we dealt with prior to making the reservation was very quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to correspond with.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback. All maintenance issues have been addressed and fixed except the icemaker. At this time, the icemaker needs a new water supply line that will not be installed until the off-season. Sorry for the inconvenience and your feedback is appreciated top help us improve. Please keep us in mind for your future travel needs. Aaron
