Location Details: The nearest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches (code ECP). It is a 35 - 45 minute drive. Quiet residential neighborhood 15 minutes to Tyndall Air Force Base and 30 minutes to beautiful northwest Florida beaches (Mexico Beach or Panama City Beach).

Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Dogs and children MUST be closely watched, there is no fence in the yard, nor to the water and dock. Kayak use may require guest to carry heavy kayaks to/from the garage. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 7 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors!
