৹ “Damage Deposit” is a $500 refundable security deposit
৹ Beach access: guests may only sit on the beach within the property lines of 341 Ocean Ave
৹ Parking: Two spots are available to the right side of the house and one car can park directly in front of the house. Guests cannot park in the large lot to the left of the house.
৹ No smoking
৹ No pets
৹ This home is not allergen-free. Though we do not allow our guests to bring pets, there may have been types of animals, foods, or other items in the house that may cause allergies.
