This home is located in a neighborhood that is in the older, historical, and more industrial area of tampa, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet and safe.

The living room has a 52’’ Roku TV and an array of 5 different family games; Jenga, Connect 4, Sorry, UNO, and a deck of Playing Cards!

There are 3 inviting bedrooms with fresh and fluffy comforters. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and the Master bedroom has a king bed with a TV. The couch also converts into a full sized bed which also has a sheet and comforter to go with it!

The spacious kitchen has modern amenities, including LED color changing lighting, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a full sized dishwasher and oven, making meal-prep a breeze.

Step outside onto the back deck, where seating for six awaits alongside a brand-new grill, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine. Plus, for some added outdoor fun, guests can now enjoy a game of cornhole!

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away in one of the bedrooms, ensuring you can keep your wardrobe fresh throughout your stay.
