Front row seats to the bear show! Relax and unwind staring at the beautiful trees on top of Ski Mountain above Gatlinburg. This condo has 2 bedrooms for 4 people to sleep (1 queen, 2 single beds). The living room and each bedroom have a TV. Cook meals with a fully stocked kitchenette.
Great for families. Amenities: seasonal fireplace, wiFi, smart TV w/Roku. Outdoor playground, pool, and easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Ober Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The HOA has closed the
POOL HOUSE for the INDOOR pool, hot tubs, and spas for roof repair. It is being worked on unexpectedly and currently we do not have an estimated completion date. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and the HOA does not yet have an ETA on when it will reopen.

As of 4/11/2024: THE OUTDOOR POOL IS NOW OPEN!!
The outdoor pool is open seasonally from 9am
to 9:45pm daily. Typically the season is from April to Labor Day. The pool is heated, but may not be warm enough for use during very cold temperatures. Guests swim at their own risk.
The indoor pool and hot tubs remain closed until further notice due to renovation.
You can look right out the back deck or window and see bears walking in and out of the woods. Space is about 800 square feet and located on the first of three floors (7 steps into the building). There is a wood burning fireplace (available between October 31st and March 31st). A crock pot, coffee maker, and slow cooker are available in the fully stocked kitchenette.

Smoky Mountain National Park: 10 minutes
Ober Mountain: 8 minutes
Dollywood: 20 minutes
Pigeon Forge: 20 minutes
Sevierville: 30 minutes

Open, unassigned parking at the complex. The condo community features an outdoor pool (seasonally available), charcoal + gas grills, picnic tables, kid's playground, a small video game arcade, and a community laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers.
Other things to note
There are black bears who are our neighbors.
Please do not feed them or get close. They are a wonder to watch and take pictures of, but do not make great huggers!
Smart TV with cable / Roku in the living room and Smart TV with Roku only in the bedrooms.
The master bathroom has a shower/tub combo and the 2nd bathroom is a shower stall.
Please note that to access the property, you must drive up the mountain which has curvy roads. Four wheel drive may be necessary during inclement weather. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.
