Welcome to our Lake Havasu home!

The home is 1620' with 3 bedrooms plus a Den: 1-King/2-Queens, 1 Bunk Bed, 2 Baths, laundry, and plenty of room to park whatever toys you bring. The home sleeps 9 adults comfortably in beds, addt'l fee charged for more than 6 guests. The master bedroom is situated on one side of the home and has a large walk-in closet. You will also enjoy the walk-in shower with dual shower-heads and dual sinks.

This NON-SMOKING, NO PETS home is meticulously cared for and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a 42” flat screen TV, DVD Player and Stereo in the Living Room, 2 other TV's in the bedrooms, up to 2 different channels at once from the satellite service; all kitchen amenities, propane BBQ, linens and bath towels, washer and dryer, and an ironing board!

Perfect Vacation Home! Located on the South side in a quiet neighborhood away from the main highway, seven miles or 10 minutes from The London Bridge or the lake, and three launch ramps to choose from are within 10 miles.

The 2 car garage is available for guest use. There is also gated RV parking available that will accommodate parking for a truck and most boats, up to 68’ in overall length. There is enough room for a Motor home.

The RV Garage is not available with daily rental.

Early Check-in or Late Check-out is available if desired times are available, exception would be if property is being cleaned/prepped for another guest.

Hi, my name is Mike. I have been coming to Lake Havasu City for over 30 years. I am a boating, water-sports. and off-road enthusiast. I like to share my home away from home with other families who also enjoy what the Lake Havasu area has to offer.

I have only had complaints from one guest and that was an irresponsible one that I would not rent to again. I have had many excellent comments from previous guests but most don't take the time to send the review to the website.

About Mike

The owners have been coming to Lake Havasu with friends/family for 30 years, enjoying boating, water-activities, nightlife, restaurants, beautiful desert scenery and beaches. Also the London Bridge Channel: cruising, wake-boarding, jet-skiing, wake-surfing, SUPaddle-boarding and golf. Many memories created enjoying the Unique Sun and Fun of Historic Lake Havasu.

Why Mike chose Lake Havasu City

Lake Havasu because it has so much to offer and is the closest big lake to So. Calif.

This property because the area is very quiet, not much traffic on the street, great neighborhood, low crime area, close to desert off-roading yet a short drive from the lake.

What makes this house unique

Quiet neighborhood and street, RV parking, Close to the desert for off-roading, exploring, mountain biking, shooting, hunting, horseback riding, etc. Within 10 miles of 3 boat launch ramps. Nice front courtyard for relaxing. Covered rear patio.

RV Garage (16' x 61') currently not available.

Quiet Vacation Home w/ Boat or RV Parking

We had a great 3 night stay while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving! The home had all the amenities we needed with plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds were much more comfortable than the London Bridge Resort or the Nautical Inn!

Will definitely be back again in the future!

Nice Quiet Family Neighborhood

This house was perfect for my 2 young children, my wife and I. We really needed a place to stay that could handle the boat and truck behind a locked gate and this property was perfect for that. There was even an extra bedroom that wasn't listed (that we didn't use). We were not here long enough to use some of the amenities but what we did use, we liked. We enjoyed the fact that this property was located on a quiet street away from the fray so we could get some sleep before boating. We also liked the fact this felt like a home, not just a rental house. I would recomend this for quiet or family stays in Havasu so long as you don't mind a drive to the south side of town, which we didn't.

Very comfortable house, feels like home away from home

This rental is great, it has everything you need to get away and still feel like you are at home. Mike was awesome about following up with you after you get checked into the house to see if everything is up to par. He also gave us some extra info on places to check out while we are visiting such as riding areas for RZR. I would definitely book the house again and recommend it to others to enjoy it.

Very good looking house. Inside and out!

This home is beautiful

We rented this house for my birthday weekend to come spend some time at the Lake and had an amazing weekend. This Beautiful house was fully stocked with linens, a bbq, toiletries, big garage that had dart boards and a ping pong table, even some condiments, This House was absolutely a perfect choice. If we come to Lake Havasu again we will be staying here if available. Thank you soo much.

House was nice but It's far from the water. Owner blamed us for a ceiling fan remote problem that was malfunctioning upon arrival. There is a digital lock on the door that made it easy to access, however we are 100% positive the A/C was off when we left and owner blamed us fo it being left on. Digital code could be accessed by maid/prior guests if code is not changed every time. Coffee maker was from 1980's and didn't have an auto off function. Owner might want to look in to that when he replaces it. We were also woken us up at 7am Sunday and asked to move our vehicle from driveway so another boat could be pulled out of the storage garage.

Owner's Response: Yes, the house is very nice and I try to keep it that way so that “responsible” guests can appreciate and enjoy it. The Digital Lock that is used for entry on the door does change the code after each use, someone cannot re-enter after the expiration of their assigned use times without a new code being provided. No one could have come into the house and turned on the A/C after the guest’s departure! Yes, the coffee maker was a few years old and even today most of the coffeemakers available do not have auto-shutoff; however I did purchase a new on that does. The coffeemaker that was left on was melting down when discovered, could have caused a fire! The ceiling fan remote worked for the previous guest but had loose parts inside after this guest left, probably was dropped. I am sorry the guest was awakened by another boater (8AM on Sat., not 7 AM on Sunday as the lier said) wanting to get their boat out of the RV garage; we thought the guest staying in the house would use the RV parking area for their boat, not in front of the other garage that we asked them not to park in front of. The house is located where it says it is on the map. The guest booked the house for only 1 adult but used 5 beds, probably had 8 or 9 people staying, a violation of the rental agreement. The guest was given a departure checklist but did not follow the majority of it. A/C, Coffeemaker, Water and Ice-maker were left on and the trash was left. The guest posted this review after I informed them that I was filing a claim for the coffeemaker and remote with CSA Travel Protection, it will not cost the guest anything. I have never had problems from any other guests!

There is nothing like Summer days on the lake. The Fall & Winter offer great desert off-road adventures and you can ride directly from the home, car & boat shows and boat & personal watercraft races. Spring offers The Balloon Festival, car shows and the annual Fireworks Convention.

Of course dining at the local restaurants is always a pleasure! for a schedule of events that take place.

CHILDREN - The home is not Childproofed, if you have small children it is your responsibility to watch and protect them.
HOUSEKEEPING - If there are any problems upon arrival, please advise immediately.
CLEANING FEE IS PRIMARILY FOR LAUNDRY, VACUUMING, ETC. Excessive cleaning will be assessed an additional hourly fee.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
